YES BANK’s committee approved share allotment, realizing Rs 83,97,090.50 from option exercises

YES BANK Limited announced that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 6,21,788 equity shares on September 21, 2026, following the exercise of stock options under the YBL ESOS 2020 Scheme and YBL RSU Plan 2024, resulting in a realization of Rs 83,97,090.50, and increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from Rs 62,776,891,862 consisting of 31,388,445,931 equity shares to Rs 62,778,135,438 consisting of 31,389,067,719 equity shares.
