Sudarshan Chemical appoints Amit Deshpande as General Counsel, effective September 2026

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Amit Deshpande as General Counsel, effective September 21, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Mr. Deshpande, who previously held a position at LegaLogic Consulting and served as General Counsel & Company Secretary at Sterlite Technologies Limited, will report to the Chairman and Managing Director and form part of the company’s Senior Management Personnel.
