Nuvama Wealth Management allots equity shares to employees via stock option scheme

Nuvama Wealth Management Limited announced on September 21, 2026, that it has approved the allotment of 66,583 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each to employees upon the exercise of stock options and rights under its Employee Stock Option Scheme(s) and Employee Stock Appreciation Rights Plan, increasing the company's equity share capital from 18,44,49,106 to 18,45,15,689 shares.
