Jammu and Kashmir Bank escrows shares for Rs 120 crore PNB Metlife acquisition

Jammu and Kashmir Bank Limited signed an Escrow Agreement with MetLife International Holdings, LLC, Barclays Securities (India) Private Limited, Barclays Wealth Trustees (India) Private Limited and Barclays Bank PLC for the sale of shares of PNB Metlife India Insurance Company Limited, at a price of Rs 117.20 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 120,09,89,186, as part of a Share Purchase Agreement dated July 17, 2026, for the acquisition of 0.5% stake in PNB Metlife India Insurance Company Limited.
