Befound Movement Limited closes trading window ahead of quarterly results release

Befound Movement Limited, formerly known as Regency Trust Limited, will close its trading window for designated employees from Thursday, October 1, 2026, in connection with the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are declared to the stock exchanges.
