Quality Power Electrical Equipments Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to consider and approve the issuance of equity shares and/or other equity-linked instruments, potentially through a preferential issue, Qualified Institutional Placement, or other permissible modes, subject to shareholder approval and regulatory clearances.
