CG Power allotted shares to employees under its 2021 plan, boosting equity capital

CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited announced the allotment of 18,250 equity shares at an exercise price of Rs 635.10 per share to eligible employees under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2021 on September 19, 2026, increasing the company’s paid-up equity share capital from Rs 315,09,00,118 to Rs 315,09,36,618 and comprising 157,54,68,309 equity shares.
