ACME Solar Holdings establishes ACME Greentech Twenty Nine in Gurugram for renewable energy projects

ACME Solar Holdings Limited announced the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Greentech Twenty Nine Private Limited, on September 18, 2026, with an initial paid-up share capital of Rs 1,00,000, representing 100% shareholding. The new subsidiary, based in Gurugram, Haryana, will focus on the development, establishment, and operation of power generation and renewable energy projects.
