Kotak Mahindra Bank allotted equity shares following employee stock option exercises

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. announced that its Large Expenditure and Share Transfer and Other Matters Committee allotted 2,25,250 equity shares of Re. 1 each on September 19, 2026, upon the exercise of an equivalent number of Employee Stock Options under the Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme 2015 and Kotak Mahindra Equity Option Scheme 2023, with 60,415 shares from ESOP Scheme Series 2015/34 (4th Tranche), 42,480 shares from ESOP Scheme Series 2015/40 (3rd Tranche), 1,14,360 shares from ESOP Scheme Series 2023/03 (2nd Tranche), and 7,995 shares from ESOP Scheme Series 2023/07 (1st Tranche), increasing the bank’s paid-up share capital from 9,94,76,56,028 equity shares to 9,94,78,81,278 equity shares.
