Axis Solutions Limited shareholders re-appointed Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy as auditors for five years

Axis Solutions Limited, formerly known as Asya Infosoft Limited, informed the BSE Limited that shareholders at the 41st Annual General Meeting held on September 19, 2026, approved the re-appointment of M/s. Chandabhoy & Jassoobhoy, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101648W) as statutory auditors for a second term of 5 consecutive years, from the conclusion of the 41st AGM until the conclusion of the 46th AGM for the financial year 2030-31.
