Agarwal Fortune India Limited will halt trading ahead of financial results release

Agarwal Fortune India Limited, formerly Devki Leasing and Finance Limited, will close its trading window for directors, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the release of the company’s unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations.
