Gconnect Logitech and Supply Chain Limited clarified to the BSE Limited on September 18, 2026, that a technical issue prevented the immediate download of an acknowledgement for a corporate announcement filed on September 16, 2026, regarding the resignation of directors, despite the company uploading the disclosure within the 24-hour timeframe stipulated by SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
