TV Vision Limited appoints Alok Kumar Murarka as Resolution Professional

TV Vision Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange that Mr. Alok Kumar Murarka has been appointed as Resolution Professional, following a vote by the Committee of Creditors at a meeting held on August 31, 2026, and in accordance with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
