One Global Service Provider Limited acquires 51% of Matrix Labs Private Limited for Rs 3,56,35,320

One Global Service Provider Limited (OGSPL) has amended share purchase agreements to adjust the issue price of shares being issued to sellers in its acquisition of equity in Matrix Labs Private Limited (MLPL). The transactions, originally dated September 3, 2026, and amended on September 18, 2026, involve the acquisition of 2,550 shares, representing 51% of MLPL, for a total consideration of Rs 3,56,35,320. The per-share issue price is Rs 558.99, with a premium of Rs 548.99. While the overall deal value remains unchanged, the adjustments are intended to strengthen OGSPL’s presence in the diagnostic, pathology, and allied healthcare sectors and are not expected to have an adverse impact on the company’s business. The acquisition of a second Matrix Labs Private Limited entity also carries a total consideration of Rs 3,56,35,320 with the same per-share price and premium.
