NINtec Systems shareholders re-appointed Rachana Gemawat and Niraj Gemawat at AGM

NINtec Systems Limited announced that shareholders at the company’s 11th Annual General Meeting on September 18, 2026, approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Rachana Gemawat as director, the appointment of M/s J. T. Shah & Co. as statutory auditors, and the re-appointment of Mr. Niraj Gemawat as Managing Director for a period of five years, effective June 29, 2026.
