Jagran Prakashan shareholders re-elected directors for five years through September 2031

Jagran Prakashan Limited announced that its shareholders approved the re-appointment of Whole-time Directors Dhirendra Mohan Gupta, Sunil Gupta, Sanjay Gupta, and Shailesh Gupta for a further period of five years, effective October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2031, at the company's 50th Annual General Meeting held on Friday. Additionally, shareholders approved the continuation of Mahendra Mohan Gupta as a Non-Executive Director for another five years, from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2031.
