Keystone Realtors shareholders appointed Walker Chandiok as statutory auditors for five years

Keystone Realtors Limited announced that members at the company's 31st Annual General Meeting approved the appointment of M/s. Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP as the Statutory Auditors for a term of five consecutive years, effective from the conclusion of the 31st AGM on September 18, 2026, till the conclusion of the 36th AGM, replacing M/s. Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, whose second term concluded at the same AGM.
