Vedanta Limited’s directors approved debentures issuance up to Rs 3,500 crores listed on BSE

Vedanta Limited announced that its Committee of Directors approved the issuance of up to 3,50,000 unsecured, rated, listed, redeemable, non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis, with a face value of Rs 1,00,000 each, aggregating up to Rs 3,500 crores, to be listed on the BSE Limited.
