Syncom Formulations sets September 23, 2026, as record date for shareholder dividend

Syncom Formulations (India) Limited has fixed Wednesday, September 23, 2026, as the record date for determining the entitlement of members for a dividend of Rs 0.10 per equity share for the financial year 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 38th Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, via video conferencing or other audio-visual means. Shareholders who wish to waive their dividend entitlement are requested to submit a completed form to the company or its registrar and transfer agent, Ankit Online, by September 26, 2026.
