Ashika Global Securities establishes two subsidiaries for mutual fund management and trustee services

Ashika Global Securities Limited, formerly Ashika Credit Capital Limited, has incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Ashika Global Asset Management Private Limited and Ashika Global Trustee Company Private Limited, on September 17, 2026, to carry on the primary business of mutual fund management and trustee services, respectively, subject to regulatory approvals. Ashika Global Asset Management Private Limited has an authorized, issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital of Rs 60 crore, while Ashika Global Trustee Company Private Limited has a share capital of Rs 10 lakh, and both entities are considered related parties due to their ownership by Ashika Global Securities Limited.
