Xelpmoc Design receives Rs 84,000 from employee stock option scheme share allotments

Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited announced the allotment of 8,400 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each to employees exercising options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2019, resulting in Rs 84,000 realized by the company, and increasing the issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital to Rs 14,83,07,210 comprising 1,48,30,721 equity shares.
