Winsome Yarns Limited to review financial results at board meeting on September 23, 2026

Winsome Yarns Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and other business matters, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and following an order from the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, dated April 16, 2026, related to the approval of a resolution plan by Mohini Health & Hygiene Limited.
