NIIT Learning Systems allocates shares under its Employee Stock Option Plan 2023-0

NIIT Learning Systems Limited announced that its Share Allotment Committee on September 18, 2026, allotted 1,58,668 equity shares of Rs 2 each under the NIIT Learning Systems Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2023-0, with a listing application to be filed shortly with the BSE (Scrip Code: 543952) and the National Stock Exchange (NIITMTS).
