Indus Infra Trust acquires controlling interest in KNR Guruvayur Infra Private Limited

Indus Infra Trust completed the acquisition of a controlling interest and substantially all of the equity shares of KNR Guruvayur Infra Private Limited from KNR Constructions Limited on September 17, 2026, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014.
