Anupam Rasayan’s subsidiary secures Rs 300 crore in debentures, with Purebliss as potential stakeholder

Anupam Rasayan India Limited announced that its board approved the execution of transaction and security documents related to financing being availed by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Mates Visa Consultancy Private Limited, which plans to issue up to 30,000 senior secured redeemable non-convertible debentures with a face value of Rs 100,000 each, totaling up to Rs 300 crore, on a private placement basis. The board also approved a corporate guarantee by Anupam Rasayan to secure the debentures and a call option agreement with Purebliss Pharma Solutions Private Limited, whereby Anupam Rasayan may grant Purebliss an option to purchase a 15% stake in Purebliss.
