Shree Cement to review financial results at a board meeting on October 23, 2026

Shree Cement Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 23, 2026, to approve unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The trading window for the company's securities will be closed from October 1, 2026, and remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are announced, up to October 25, 2026.
