Vikas Ecotech receives extension from Registrar of Companies to hold its AGM

Vikas Ecotech Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the Registrar of Companies, Delhi -II, has approved an extension of 2 months and 28 days for the company to convene and hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, following an application under Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013.
