Antelopus Selan Energy Limited approves allotment of 22,138 equity shares

Antelopus Selan Energy Limited, formerly known as Selan Exploration Technology Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee has approved the allotment of 22,138 equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, pursuant to the exercise of options under the Antelopus Selan Energy Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2022, formerly known as Selan Exploration Technology Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme – 2022.
