ChemKart India Limited invests Rs 1.30 crore in Easy Raw Materials for manufacturing unit

CHEMKART INDIA LIMITED announced an investment of Rs 1.30 crore through a rights issue in its wholly owned subsidiary, Easy Raw Materials Private Limited, allotting 13,00,000 equity shares at a face value of Rs 10 each. The investment is part of the utilization of proceeds as specified in the company’s prospectus dated July 10, 2025, towards commissioning of the manufacturing unit of the subsidiary company, which trades in pharma products and nutritional supplements.
