RRP Defense Limited secures a three-month AGM extension from Delhi’s Registrar of Companies

RRP Defense Limited, formerly known as Euro Asia Exports Limited, received an extension of three months, until December 31, 2026, from the Registrar of Companies, Delhi, to hold its 45th Annual General Meeting concerning the financial year ended March 31, 2026, as per the second proviso to Section 96(1) of the Companies Act, 2013.
