Choksi Laboratories plans to raise funds via equity shares and warrants, pending approvals

Choksi Laboratories Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on September 19, 2026, to consider and approve a proposal for raising funds through the issue of equity shares and/or other equity-linked or convertible securities, including warrants, via a preferential issue or other permissible modes, subject to member and regulatory approvals.
