Lenskart Solutions increased its stake in Ajna to 9.01% with a Rs 79.97 million acquisition

Lenskart Solutions Limited acquired an additional 1.80% stake in associate entity Dimension NXG Private Limited, also known as Ajna, for a consideration of Rs 79.97 million, increasing its total shareholding to 9.01% from 4.84%. The acquisition, undertaken on an arm’s length basis, strengthens Lenskart’s strategic association with the extended reality, artificial intelligence, and smart wearable technology ecosystem, and follows previous acquisitions of 0.68% on February 26, 2026, and 1.69% on July 4, 2026, bringing the total investment to Rs 185 million. Ajna, incorporated in India in 2014, reported a turnover of Rs 103.64 million for the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
