Gland Pharma Limited to acquire Gland Pharma USA Inc. for USD 5,001,208

Gland Pharma Limited announced that its board approved the acquisition of 100% of the equity share capital of Gland Pharma USA Inc. from Gland Pharma International Pte. Ltd., for a cash consideration of USD 5,001,208. The acquisition, expected to be completed by October 31, 2026, will make Gland US a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of Gland Pharma Limited, streamlining the corporate structure and removing multiple layers. Gland Pharma USA Inc., incorporated on March 7, 2022, is involved in the marketing and distribution of pharmaceutical products and had a turnover of USD 87,342 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, and USD 4,83,808 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2024.
