Neerav Bairagi will shift from “Promoter” to “Public” category at PANTHAORA LIMITED on September 12, 2026

PANTHAORA LIMITED, formerly known as JMG Corporation Limited, informed the BSE Limited that Mr. Neerav Bairagi has completed an open offer on March 18, 2026, and is being reclassified from the "Promoter" category to the "Public" category, in accordance with Regulation 31A(10) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, with effect from September 12, 2026.
