Avantel Limited plans to merge Imeds Global Private Limited, per a regulatory filing

Avantel Limited will seek to merge its wholly owned subsidiary, Imeds Global Private Limited, into the company, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited on September 12, 2026; the board meeting to consider and approve the scheme is scheduled for September 18, 2026, and the trading window for the company's securities has been closed since September 13, 2026.
