VIP Clothing’s committee approved convertible warrant allotment to promoters and Sonia Vyas

VIP Clothing Limited announced that its Preferential Issue Committee has approved the allotment of 84,75,000 convertible warrants to promoters Sunil Jaykumar Pathare, Kapil Jaykumar Pathare, and promoter group members Kanishk Sunil Pathare and Avyukta Kapil Pathare, as well as non-promoter Sonia Vyas. The issue price for each warrant is Rs 22.50, including a premium of Rs 20.50, and each warrant is convertible into one equity share within 18 months.
