Compucom Software shareholders re-appointed Vaibhav Suranaa and appointed Dr. Arvind Kumar Dwivedi

Compucom Software Limited announced that its 32nd Annual General Meeting was held on September 9, 2026, where shareholders approved the re-appointment of Vaibhav Suranaa as Whole Time Executive Director for three years, effective August 1, 2026, and the appointment of Dr. Arvind Kumar Dwivedi as an Independent Director for a two-year term starting June 15, 2026. The meeting also approved the adoption and implementation of the Compucom Software Limited - Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026, its extension to employees of affiliated companies, and the grant of options up to 3% of the company’s issued capital to identified employees under the scheme.
