Dev Information Technology Limited allotted shares to employees under its 2024 stock option plan

Dev Information Technology Limited announced that its board approved the allotment of 6,23,944 equity shares of Rs 2 face value each to eligible employees under the “Dev Information Technology Limited Employee Stock Option Plan – 2024,” with none allotted to directors, and realized Rs 14,97,465.6 from the exercise of options.
