Repco Home Finance confirms Vaidyanathan’s departure from director and development officer roles

Repco Home Finance Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that Repco Bank, the company’s promoter, has reversed the deputation of Mr. Paiyur Kuppuraman Vaidyanathan, a Whole-time Director and Chief Development Officer, effective September 16, 2026, due to certain official exigencies, causing him to cease from those positions.
