Prime Securities Limited’s committee approved equity share allotment to employees under a scheme

Prime Securities Limited announced on September 11, 2026, that its Nomination & Remuneration Committee approved the allotment of 15,000 equity shares with a face value of Rs 5 each to eligible employees under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2018, increasing the company's paid-up share capital to INR 16,98,76,625, comprising 3,39,75,325 equity shares.
