Protean eGov Technologies Limited’s board approved equity share allotment to employees

Protean eGov Technologies Limited’s board of directors approved the allotment of 1,57,971 equity shares to eligible employees under the Protean eGov Technologies Limited - Employee Stock Option Plan, 2017, increasing the company’s paid-up share capital from Rs 40,62,11,940 comprising 4,06,21,194 equity shares to Rs 40,77,91,650 comprising 4,07,79,165 equity shares, according to a regulatory filing on September 10, 2026.
