Rays of Belief Limited to halt trading for insiders pending financial results release

Rays of Belief Limited will close its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives from September 10, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
