Shriram Finance Limited allotted shares to employees under its 2023 stock option scheme

Shriram Finance Limited announced the allotment of 61,491 equity shares to 65 employees who exercised stock options under the Shriram Finance Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2023 (No.1), according to a filing on September 10, 2026, with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited, increasing the company's paid-up share capital to Rs 470,60,90,068 from Rs 470,59,67,086.
