Venkata Rama Subbu Behara resigns as Independent Director of DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals

DCM Shriram Fine Chemicals Limited informed the BSE Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd that Venkata Rama Subbu Behara resigned as an Independent Director, effective September 8, 2026, due to recent changes in the Board’s structure. Behara currently serves as a director in MTAR Technologies Limited and Gabriel India Limited, holding committee positions in both companies, including chairman of the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee at MTAR Technologies and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at Gabriel India.
