IIFL Finance Limited’s committee approved a INR 25 crore debenture allotment on a private placement

IIFL Finance Limited announced that its finance committee approved the allotment of 2,500 secured, listed, rated, redeemable non-convertible debentures of INR 100,000 each, aggregating to INR 25 crore, on a private placement basis. The debentures, designated Series D39, will be listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and mature on September 8, 2028, with a coupon rate of 9.10% p.a.
