Munoth Capital Market Limited informed the BSE Limited that the register of members and share transfer books will remain closed from Wednesday, 23rd September 2026 to Wednesday, 30th September 2026, both days inclusive, for the Annual General Meeting, with a cut-off date of 4th September 2026, to determine shareholders for sending notice and to participate in the e-voting of the 40th AGM.
