Orient Tradelink Limited appoints Shadija and Tomar as independent directors for five years

Orient Tradelink Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Bhawna Shadija and Mr. Akash Singh Tomar as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective September 8, 2026, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Both appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the company’s 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 30, 2026, and both will serve for a term of five years.
