Mangalam Global Enterprise appoints Agrawal and Bhavsar as independent directors for five years

Mangalam Global Enterprise Limited appointed Ramesh Kumar Agrawal and Purvi Jayendra Bhavsar as additional non-executive independent directors, effective September 8, 2026, for a five-year term subject to member approval via postal ballot. Mr. Agrawal, previously with State Bank of India, brings banking and financial services experience, while Ms. Bhavsar, a co-founder of Pahal Financial Services Private Limited, has experience in BFSI and telecom sectors. The company also approved a postal ballot to be conducted on or before Friday, September 04, 2026, and appointed Rajesh Parekh of RPSS & Co. as the scrutinizer for the process.
