Prabhhans Industries reschedules annual meeting to September 30, 2026, via video conference

Prabhhans Industries Limited announced that its Board of Directors rescheduled the 32nd Annual General Meeting from August 21, 2026, to Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 12:30 P.M. (IST) via video conferencing and other audio-visual means, and approved proposals to increase limits for creating charges on assets, provide loans or guarantees, and make investments under the Companies Act, 2013, along with the regularization of Ms. Megha Sharan and Mr. Atul Chauhan as Non-executive Independent Directors, and the appointment of Mr. Amit Saxena of M/s Amit Saxena & Associates as Scrutinizer for the remote e-voting.
