Noble Polymers closes member register to finalize dividend of Rs 0.05 per share

Noble Polymers Limited will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 26, 2026, to September 30, 2026, for its 32nd Annual General Meeting and to determine eligibility for a final dividend of Rs 0.05 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, as recommended by the board of directors.
